Refund policy
All returns require original receipt, purchaser’s name, address and phone number.
If no receipt, we can only issue store credit for the lowest amount the item was sold at that year. All clearance discounted items are deemed final sale: no returns will be accepted. Plant guarantee is voided.
All sellable plant material or gift items non-plant materials may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days with original container or package.
If paid with credit card: We will credit the purchase amount to the credit card used for purchase.
If paid with cash: Refunds up to $50 will be given in cash. If over $50 we will mail a refund check within 14 business days.
Plant guarantee
Store credit for value of original purchase will be issued: All returns require original receipt, purchaser’s name, address and phone number.
Please note: Original plant must be brought into the nursery for inspection. The health of the perennial plant 1 gallon or larger, houseplant 6” or larger is guaranteed for one (1) year (not including damage from frost or acts of nature).
No plant guarantee on the following: anything smaller than a 1 gallon container, creations, orchids, bonsai, poinsettias, annuals and vegetables. All clearance discounted items are deemed final sale: Guarantee is void.
No guarantee for tropical plants: Bananas, Guava and Mango.
